Teaching Philosophy
I am driven by the belief that hospitality business education should be as dynamic and rewarding as the industry itself. My mission is to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice by creating a 'living laboratory' where students engage with real-world challenges. My pedagogy is anchored by four pillars: student-centricity, interactive engagement, technological integration, and data-informed skill development. By shifting from traditional lectures to immersive site visits and industry-led problem-solving, I ensure my students don't just learn about business but experience it firsthand. My goal is to cultivate leaders who are equipped with the analytical tools and practical confidence to drive innovation from their very first day.
