This self-paced program allows you the freedom to register anytime and finish the course within a month, or take up to a year to complete…no classroom sessions required. Your expert instructors will customize learning activities for you and provide six one-to-one coaching sessions.
Choose one of three tracks:
- Fundamentals of Project Management
- PMP®Credential Exam Preparation
- Specific Industry Project Management (construction, healthcare, IT, marketing, etc.) or Special Topic (troubled projects, setting up a PMO, etc.)
Instructor Renee Adair
You will begin by collaborating one-on-one with Program Director, Renee Adair, PMP (and the owner of Successful Projects, LLC) to discuss your professional goals and learning style. Following this discussion, together with Renee, you will review and select a project management instructor from the pool of credentialed professionals who have practical experience in varied fields.
One of the keys to the success of our certification training is that we provide each participant with the opportunity to collaborate with an instructor who serves as their personal coach throughout the duration of the program.
