The Child and Family Study Center serves as a laboratory school and observation site for Early Childhood Education and related majors at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. The center experience allows university students to link educational theory with practice.
Our Mission
The Child & Family Study Center is a university laboratory school committed to excellence and innovation in teacher preparation, supporting undergraduate students and graduate students in early childhood and related fields; facilitating inter-disciplinary and inter-generational collaboration and research; implementing developmentally appropriate, inclusive and evidence-based programming for young children and their families.
