The Registration & Records office will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24 & Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025 in observance of the Christmas holiday and Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025 and Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026 in observance of the New Year's holiday.
Transcript services are limited but can still be ordered online. Pick-up transcripts will not be available until Friday, Dec. 26 and Friday, Jan. 2, 2026.
Registration and Records provides many services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public. These services include the course enrollment process, graduation, curriculum records, classroom scheduling, transcripts, Veteran benefit certification, athletic certification, student record maintenance, and reporting. We administer university policy and maintain student academic records in compliance with federal (FERPA), state, and local regulations.
