Spring Semester 2026 Parking Permits
Permits for the spring semester are sold first to those on the current waitlists. If you are not currently on a waitlist, you can log into the UW Stout Parking Portal and add yourself to the waitlists you'd like to be on. If you believe that the waitlists you are seeing are incorrect or you have any questions, please contact our office at (715) 232-1792 or parking@uwstout.edu.
Parking on the UW-Stout campus is regulated throughout the entire calendar year, and any parking must comply with the guidelines established in the documents on this website. All legitimate parking must be authorized by Parking Services by permit, pay station, short-term meter, posted time limit, or phone authorization.
Parking information must be obtained from Parking Services. Incorrect information provided by another source is not considered a valid defense of a parking violation.
Please view parking updates on a regular basis to avoid receiving a parking citation while parking on the UW-Stout campus. All updates and news will be featured below.
Permits are sold on a first come first served basis. Some permit types (especially reserved) will sell out. If the permit you need shows "unavailable" please call or email the Parking Office during business hours for assistance with your parking needs. You may also stop in for assistance.
Visit the permit sections of this website to learn more about permit types and costs.
Reserve Daily (guest) Parking In Advance
