Summer Semester Deposit Policy

Effective July 8, 2025

To align with changes introduced through the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) and the university's billing and liability for student charges, a new deposit policy will take effect for Summer 2025:

  • Maximum Deposit Limit

Students may deposit up to $1,500 total into their Dining Dollars and Campus Cash accounts combined when using their University Fee Account as the payment method through Student Business Services. In addition, students who have an outstanding balance due on their student account over $500 may not add any monetary deposits using their University Fee Account.

  • Summer 2025 Semester Dates:

    Monday, May 19, 2025 - Friday, August 29, 2025

  • No Limit Using Other Payment Methods:

There is no maximum on deposits made using cash, check, debit card, or credit card.

This change supports the university's transition to new financial systems and ensures better alignment with updated billing practices.
