Join us in-person for events during Career Conference Week each fall and spring. 300+ employers attend each semester recruiting students and alumni for co-ops, internships, and professional positions. This recruitment and referral program connects federal and private-sector employers nationwide with highly motivated college students and recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through summer or permanent jobs. Learn more.

This program pairs Blue Devils with employers to get an insider’s view and experience a day in the life of a professional working in a career field of interest.
