The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) is a recruitment and referral program that connects federal and interested private-sector employers nationwide with college students, graduate students and recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through internships or permanent jobs.
The WRP is an excellent way for students and recent graduates with disabilities in all fields of study to:
- Get access to Federal Government jobs and internships nationwide. Employers can contact program participants directly about positions that match their skills and qualifications.
- Participate in career development activities and take their resume and federal application to the next level.
- Expand their knowledge of Federal Government employment, including the Schedule A hiring authority for people with disabilities.
- Explore career and disability services resources at their school to support their WRP application.

- August 24, 2026 - Student and recent graduate registration opens
