UW-Stout Polytechnic's Center for Advanced Manufacturing & Artificial Intelligence (CAM-AI) supports manufacturers and other businesses by leveraging the expertise of UW-Stout Polytechnic's faculty and our wide-ranging and sophisticated laboratories and equipment.

Take your ideas from concept, to functional prototypes, to full-fledged manufacturing plans with the help of UW-Stout Polytechnic's Center for Innovation & Development, which operates a Digital Fabrication Lab (FabLab) that serves entrepreneurs and small- and mid-sized businesses in rural Wisconsin and Minnesota.

A partnership between the City of Menomonie, Xcel Energy and UW-Stout Polytechnic, the Stout Technology & Business Park (STBP) is a 403-acre mixed-use technology and business park that offers both commercial and technology-based companies with ample acreage for new development. Ideal owners are industrial and business enterprises involved in research and development, high technology, professional services and manufacturing related to the mission and programs of UW-Stout Polytechnic.

Registered apprenticeships are an industry-driven, nationally recognized credential to prepare the current and future workforce through the application of related instruction and paid work experience.
