Nope! Single rooms are provided to all students living on-campus over the summer. Please note that you will share common areas such as restrooms and kitchens.
You will be notified of your room assignment via email approximately two weeks prior to your reservation date. We utilize this timeline to maximize space within the hall throughout the summer.
If your reservation start date is first week of summer housing, you may not receive your room assignment until late in the day, the first day of summer housing. This allows current residents to move out of the space and for the room to be cleaned for you. As soon as a room is available for you to move in, we will notify you.
All room assignments will be emailed to your UW-Stout email account.
To change or cancel your reservation, log-in to the Housing Gateway and select "Change Summer Housing Dates." Follow the prompts on the following screens to complete your request. Please note that there is a $30 processing fee for EVERY CHANGE in reservation.
