1. Connect
Start by reaching out through a quick form submission, email, or phone call. From there, we’ll schedule a brief conversation to learn about your community, organization, or project. Our goal is to make this first step easy and accessible. No need for preparation, just a willingness to share your ideas and goals.
2. Share
During our first conversation, you’ll tell us what you’re hoping to accomplish or what obstacles you’re facing. Whether you have a clear objective or are still figuring things out, we’ll help you identify priorities, clarify needs, and highlight opportunities.
3. Explore
Once we understand your goals, we’ll walk through a range of ways we can work together including trainings, planning support, facilitation, research, technical assistance, student collaboration, or other services. We help you compare options, ask questions, and choose the approach that best fits your timeline, capacity, and budget.
4. Plan
Together, we’ll build a plan tailored to your community or organization. This includes defining the scope of work, identifying roles, outlining deliverables, and setting a realistic timeline. We make sure the plan is manageable, actionable, and aligned with your long‑term vision. Collaboration is central. We create the plan with you, not for you.
5. Launch
Once the plan is finalized, we’ll complete a Technical Assistance Project (TAP) Agreement and then move into action. Throughout the project, we stay in close communication, check progress, and adjust as needed. At the end, we’ll review outcomes together, capture lessons learned, and identify future opportunities. Our goal is to leave you with momentum and tools you can continue to use long after the project ends.
