Dr. Mooney’s passion for UW-Stout began in 1977 as an undergrad student in the Marketing Education program. Though officially retired, Dr. Mooney continues to be of service to UW-Stout in a variety of ways. Every cause has a champion and Dr. Mooney is a champion for students, alumni, and the future of education. This scholarship, in Dr. Mooney’s honor, bears her signature closing phrase, “Onward!”
